• Place information inside of your home for prospective buyers to review and take home with them including an information brochure on the house, property disclosure, and utility bills. 
• Advertise your home in one or more of the following publications:

• Include your home on 16 + internet site advertising including:

• Host open houses on your home providing additional exposure to prospecitve buyers.
• Follow up with prospective buyers that your home has been shown to and provide you with their feedback and comments.
• Follow up with realtors that you home has been shown to and provide you with their feedback and comments. 
• Administer and follow up on all closing activities though the closing and possession process including:  appraisals, inspections, loan approvals, and title reports. 
• Assist you with the purchase of your new home or refer you to an experienced realtor in the area of your destination.
