• Set you oup on Automatic E-Mail Notification so that you are immediately informed as soon as a new home comes onto the market that meets your criteria.
• Present your offer to the seller in a way that accomplishes the best possible price and terms for you by using my Certified Negotiation Expert designation.
• Administer and follow up through the closing and possession process on all of the closing activities including:inspections, loan approvals, and title reports.
