Always remember- there are two main goals during the home finding process:

Just keep in mind that if we focus more on goal number 2, we may not accomplish goal number 1. Decide what is the most important to you- the home or the price.
- In what area do you want your home to be?
- What type of home are you looking for?
- How much space do you need in your home?
- Why are you buying a new home?
- What are the schools like?
- How is the recreation in the area?
- What are the longer term trends in the area?
- What are the “Top 10″ items that you want your new home to have?
- What are some “Extras” that would be neat to have in your home?
