Always remember- there are two main goals during the home finding process:
1.  Finding the perfect house that suits all your wants and needs...
2.  For the lowest possible price.
Just keep in mind that if we focus more on goal number 2, we may not accomplish goal number 1.  Decide what is the most important to you- the home or the price.
